We are currently seeking a senior ERP Functional Analyst for a 2.5-year contract position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a senior\u2011level Functional Analyst and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Land Equipment Management System (LEMS) within the Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS).<\/li>\n<li>Provide advanced functional leadership across Plant Maintenance (PM), Material Management (MM), Workforce Management (WFM), and Defence Force &amp; Public Security (DFPS) modules.<\/li>\n<li>Lead analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and sustainment activities supporting land equipment maintenance operations within DND\/CAF.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a senior advisor to maintenance managers, planners, and command staff on DRMIS PM processes, data integrity, and operational readiness impacts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end\u2011to\u2011end functional analysis and optimization of DRMIS PM, MM, WFM, and DFPS processes supporting land equipment maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Interpret operational requirements and translate them into DRMIS functional configurations, workflows, and business rules.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee development of functional specifications, process maps, data models, and system documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Provide senior\u2011level guidance on PM module functions including Technical Objects, Notifications, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Task Lists, and Refurbishment.<\/li>\n<li>Support and lead testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), including script development, execution, and defect resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor, guide, and train maintenance personnel and system users on DRMIS PM processes, best practices, and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and command-level decision makers to ensure accurate system behaviour and alignment with DND\/CAF maintenance policy.<\/li>\n<li>Provide expert advice on maintenance planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and lifecycle materiel management.<\/li>\n<li>Support change management, deployment planning, and post\u2011implementation stabilization activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data quality, audit readiness, and adherence to operational timelines and maintenance standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mandatory Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong><strong>DRMIS Functional Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <strong>120 months<\/strong> combined experience (within the last 240 months) performing at least <strong>4 of 6<\/strong> key tasks (c, d, e, g, i, m) from Annex A, Section 4.1.1, within any of the following DRMIS modules:\n<ul>\n<li>Plant Maintenance (PM)<\/li>\n<li>Material Management (MM)<\/li>\n<li>Workforce Management (WFM)<\/li>\n<li>Defence Force &amp; Public Security (DFPS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Experience must include detailed, demonstrable examples of functional responsibilities, deliverables, and outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Land Equipment Maintenance Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <strong>60 months<\/strong> experience (within the last 120 months) in a <strong>land equipment maintenance management or workshop coordination role<\/strong>, such as:\n<ul>\n<li>Land equipment workshop planner<\/li>\n<li>Land equipment maintenance manager<\/li>\n<li>Life cycle materiel manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Experience must directly support maintenance activities tracked in the <strong>DRMIS PM module<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Must include evidence of operational leadership, planning, scheduling, and maintenance oversight.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Canadian secret clearance is an asset.<\/li>\n<li>RT.1 \u2013 DRMIS PM Functional Tasks (Technical Objects, Notifications, Work Orders, PM, Task Lists, Refurbishment)<\/li>\n<li>DRMIS Workforce Management (WFM) Experience<\/li>\n<li>DRMIS Material Management (MM) Transactions<\/li>\n<li>DRMIS PM Training, Mentoring, or Instruction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep understanding of DND\/CAF maintenance doctrine, equipment lifecycle management, and operational readiness frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead workshops, stakeholder engagements, and cross\u2011functional coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, documentation, and problem\u2011solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to produce detailed, evidence\u2011based examples for bid submissions, including references and verification details.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills for interacting with military personnel, technical teams, and senior leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On-site &amp;
