We are currently seeking candidates to participate to a 5-year Standing Offer for various Infrastructure &amp; Application support specialities.<\/p>\n<p>Canada is modernizing its infrastructure, platforms, and application ecosystem to support secure, scalable, cloud\u2011ready services. We are seeking <strong>multiple Infrastructure and Application Support professionals<\/strong> to join a multi\u2011year transformation initiative.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: <\/strong>Ottawa, ON (On-site)<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Duration: <\/strong>Multi year (up to 5 years)<br \/>\n<strong>Clearance: <\/strong>Eligibility to obtain Canadian Security Clearance<br \/>\n<strong>Experience Level: <\/strong>Senior or Intermediate<\/p>\n<p>We are hiring across <strong>two major streams<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> DevOps Platform Engineering (Kubernetes \/ Cloud \/ Automation)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Application Support Services (SCCM, Windows\/Linux, COTS, Web Servers)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you have experience in <strong>Kubernetes, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, application support, SCCM, scripting, or enterprise server environments<\/strong>, we want to hear from you.<\/p>\n<h2>Available Streams<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Stream 1 \u2014 DevOps Platform Engineer (Kubernetes \/ Cloud \/ Automation)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, build, and maintain highly available Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, AKS, or on\u2011prem).<\/li>\n<li>Implement GitOps, DevSecOps, and cloud\u2011native patterns to accelerate delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Build automated CI\/CD pipelines (GitLab CI\/CD or similar).<\/li>\n<li>Develop containerized applications and manage Kubernetes workloads.<\/li>\n<li>Implement monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).<\/li>\n<li>Create \u201cGolden Paths\u201d and reusable deployment templates for development teams.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate secret management tools (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, External Secrets Operator).<\/li>\n<li>Implement resource quotas, RBAC, and policy\u2011as\u2011code guardrails.<\/li>\n<li>Produce runbooks, architecture documentation, and platform playbooks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You\u2019re a Fit If You Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Kubernetes production experience (2+ years Intermediate, 5\u20137+ years Senior).<\/li>\n<li>Expertise with Docker, Linux, networking, and container orchestration.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with kubectl, kustomize, skaffold, or similar tooling.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with AWS\/GCP\/Azure Kubernetes services.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with monitoring\/logging stacks.<\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and automation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stream 2 \u2014 Application Support Services Specialist (SCCM \/ Windows \/ Linux \/ COTS \/ Web Servers)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide Tier 2\/3 operational and application support in mixed Windows\/Linux environments.<\/li>\n<li>Install, configure, patch, and support client\/server and web\u2011based applications.<\/li>\n<li>Support desktop applications (Windows 10+), COTS products, and enterprise software.<\/li>\n<li>Administer and support SCCM (packaging, deployment, MSI creation, OS patching).<\/li>\n<li>Support Apache Tomcat and Microsoft IIS on Windows and Red Hat Linux servers.<\/li>\n<li>Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in technical initiatives, project planning, and documentation updates.<\/li>\n<li>Provide operational procedures, diagrams, and knowledge transfer.<\/li>\n<li>Configure ADRs, Software Update Points, and SCCM hierarchies (CAS, Primary Sites, DPs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You\u2019re a Fit If You Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong SCCM experience (5+ years Intermediate, 10+ years Senior).<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and enterprise desktops.<\/li>\n<li>Experience installing, configuring, and supporting web servers (Tomcat, IIS).<\/li>\n<li>Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.<\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>General Qualifications (All Roles)<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree\/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in <strong>one of the streams listed above<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and problem\u2011solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in hybrid teams and support enterprise\u2011scale environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).<\/li>\n<li>Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS).<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft certifications (M365, Azure Administrator, SCCM).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Government of Canada environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with DevSecOps, GitOps, IaC (Terraform),
