Trillys Systems is a technology consulting firm that specializes in providing innovative solutions to various industries. We are currently seeking candidates to participate to a 5-year Standing Offer for various Infrastructure & Application support specialities.<\/p>\n

Canada is expanding and modernizing its ServiceNow platform to support digital transformation, process standardization, and improved self\u2011service capabilities. We are seeking multiple ServiceNow professionals<\/strong> to design, configure, and implement new modules and catalogue capabilities within an enterprise ServiceNow environment.<\/p>\n

Location: <\/strong>Ottawa, ON (On-site)
\nContract Duration: <\/strong>Multi year (up to 5 years)
\nClearance: <\/strong>Eligibility to obtain Canadian Security Clearance
\nExperience Level: <\/strong>Senior or Intermediate<\/p>\n

We are hiring across two major streams<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  1. ServiceNow Service Catalogue Developer<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. ServiceNow Implementer (Module Deployment & Configuration)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you have experience building catalogue items, workflows, integrations, or implementing new ServiceNow modules, this engagement is an excellent fit.<\/p>\n

    Available Streams<\/h2>\n

    Stream 1 \u2014 ServiceNow Service Catalogue Developer<\/strong><\/p>\n

    What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Design and build catalogue items (hardware, software, access requests, HR services).<\/li>\n
    • Configure forms, variables, UI policies, and client scripts.<\/li>\n
    • Build automated workflows and Flow Designer flows for fulfilment.<\/li>\n
    • Configure approvals, notifications, and task assignments.<\/li>\n
    • Integrate catalogue items with external systems (HR, procurement, Active Directory, etc.).<\/li>\n
    • Manage catalogue categories, roles, and visibility rules.<\/li>\n
    • Troubleshoot catalogue issues and update items as business needs evolve.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure compliance with organizational standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      You\u2019re a Fit If You Have<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Experience designing user\u2011facing forms with conditional logic.<\/li>\n
      • Experience building automated workflows and deploying to production.<\/li>\n
      • ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification.<\/li>\n
      • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and custom scripting.<\/li>\n
      • Experience collaborating with PMs, architects, and application owners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Stream 2 \u2014 ServiceNow Implementer (Module Deployment & Configuration)<\/strong><\/p>\n

        What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Gather and document business requirements for new ServiceNow modules.<\/li>\n
        • Configure modules, workflows, business rules, and data models.<\/li>\n
        • Integrate new modules with existing systems and data sources.<\/li>\n
        • Migrate data into new modules while ensuring accuracy and consistency.<\/li>\n
        • Develop custom scripts, workflows, and integrations as needed.<\/li>\n
        • Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.<\/li>\n
        • Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to end\u2011users and administrators.<\/li>\n
        • Deploy modules to production and provide go\u2011live support.<\/li>\n
        • Support digital transformation and ITSM maturity initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          You\u2019re a Fit If You Have<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Experience configuring and developing within the ServiceNow platform.<\/li>\n
          • Experience implementing or deploying new ServiceNow modules.<\/li>\n
          • Strong technical leadership experience on IM\/IT projects.<\/li>\n
          • ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification.<\/li>\n
          • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and custom scripting.<\/li>\n
          • Experience working with diverse stakeholders (PMs, architects, system integrators).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            General Qualifications (All Roles)<\/h2>\n

            Required<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Diploma, degree, or acceptable combination of education and experience in IT.<\/li>\n
            • Experience in one of the ServiceNow streams listed above<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            • Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration, workflows, and scripting.<\/li>\n
            • Ability to work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.<\/li>\n
            • Strong communication, documentation, and problem\u2011solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Nice to Have<\/strong><\/p>\n

                \n
              • Additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, etc.).<\/li>\n
              • Experience in Government of Canada environments.<\/li>\n
              • Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs).<\/li>\n
              • Experience with Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
