Trillys Systems is a technology consulting firm specializing in secure, scalable, and enterprise\u2011grade IT solutions for Government of Canada clients. We are currently assembling candidates for a multi\u2011year Standing Offer covering several critical IT Network Services<\/strong> specialities.<\/p>\n

Canada is modernizing and expanding its network infrastructure, security posture, and cross\u2011domain capabilities. We are seeking multiple experienced professionals to design, implement, support, and secure enterprise network environments across three major streams:<\/p>\n

  1. Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) Specialist<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Network Security Specialist<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Network Infrastructure Specialist<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you have experience supporting secure networks, deploying enterprise\u2011grade infrastructure, or implementing cross\u2011domain technologies, this engagement is an excellent fit.<\/p>\n

      Stream 1 \u2014 Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) Specialist<\/span><\/p>\n

      What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Modify and prepare operational procedures and network\/configuration documentation<\/li>\n
      • Develop build guides and Standard Operating Procedures<\/li>\n
      • Deploy and configure CDS Guards and Data Diodes<\/li>\n
      • Build cross\u2011domain solutions including: \u2013 Linux servers \u2013 IDS\/IPS appliances \u2013 Content filtering solutions \u2013 Apache NiFi data flows<\/li>\n
      • Maintain enterprise security solutions and perform patching\/updates<\/li>\n
      • Configure monitoring (Syslog, Splunk)<\/li>\n
      • Respond to incident tickets and provide regular status updates<\/li>\n
      • Participate in projects and strategic planning<\/li>\n
      • Provide knowledge transfer and training on Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • TCP\/IP, routing, firewalls<\/li>\n
          • CDR tools (Purifile, Glasswall)<\/li>\n
          • ITSG\u201133 accreditation support<\/li>\n
          • Designing CDS between networks of varying classifications<\/li>\n
          • Data Diodes (Blackline, Sphyrna, OWL, BAE)<\/li>\n
          • Linux administration and hardening<\/li>\n
          • SIEM dashboards, alerts, reporting<\/li>\n
          • Scripting (Python, Bash, JavaScript)<\/li>\n

              Stream 2 \u2014 Network Security Specialist<\/span><\/p>\n

              What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n

              • Prepare and update operational procedures and network documentation<\/li>\n
              • Develop build guides and SOPs<\/li>\n
              • Respond to incidents and service tickets<\/li>\n
              • Build security components (Linux servers, IDS\/IPS, content filtering)<\/li>\n
              • Implement firewalls, VPN, NAC, and encryption solutions<\/li>\n
              • Maintain enterprise security products<\/li>\n
              • Patch and update security appliances and servers<\/li>\n
              • Configure performance and fault monitoring<\/li>\n
              • Provide written and verbal task updates<\/li>\n
              • Participate in projects and strategic planning<\/li>\n
              • Deliver training and knowledge transfer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  • Firewalls, load balancers, proxies, IDS\/IPS, URL filtering<\/li>\n
                  • Data diodes, content filtering, malware detection<\/li>\n
                  • Windows Server (within last 5 years)<\/li>\n
                  • Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) \u2014 recent<\/li>\n
                  • Enterprise Security Solutions (AV, DLP, proxies, filtering) \u2014 recent<\/li>\n
                  • Apache NiFi \u2014 recent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Intermediate Level<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    • Degree\/diploma or 5+ years progressive IT experience<\/li>\n
                    • Same experience areas as Senior, with reduced depth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      Stream 3 \u2014 Network Infrastructure Specialist<\/span><\/p>\n

                      What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      • Prepare and update operational procedures and network documentation<\/li>\n
                      • Develop build guides for new systems<\/li>\n
                      • Respond to incidents and tickets<\/li>\n
                      • Perform physical installation and cabling of switching infrastructure<\/li>\n
                      • Support and maintain routing and switching environments<\/li>\n
                      • Provide mentoring and training<\/li>\n
                      • Contribute to network design and project planning<\/li>\n
                      • Provide written and verbal task updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        Senior Level<\/strong><\/p>\n
