The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong analytical capability, and a proven track record of delivering high\u2011quality data transformation solutions.<\/p>\n<p>This role is suited for a senior professional who thrives in structured environments, understands enterprise\u2011grade data migration, and can work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mandatory Requirements <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Education: <\/strong>A post\u2011secondary degree or diploma in one of the following fields:\n<ul>\n<li>Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Science<\/li>\n<li>Computer Science<\/li>\n<li>Mathematics<\/li>\n<li>Technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Credentials must be from a recognized Canadian institution, a Canadian Forces institution, or be validated by a recognized Canadian academic credential assessment service if obtained outside Canada. (<em>Proof of credentials is required)<\/em><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Professional Experience: <\/strong>A minimum of 120 months (10 years) within the last 180 months (15 years) working as\n<ul>\n<li>A Software Developer, and\/or<\/li>\n<li>A Database Modeller<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Oracle Data Migration Experience: <\/strong>A minimum of 12 months within the last 60 months performing:\n<ul>\n<li>Data migration and translation from files, legacy systems, or relational databases<\/li>\n<li>Into Oracle database environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>Desirable \/ Rated Requirements<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Oracle Data Migration<\/strong>:\u00a0 At least 24 months within the last 120 months performing:\n<ul>\n<li>Extracting data from source systems<\/li>\n<li>Transforming\/mapping data into Oracle structures<\/li>\n<li>Loading into Oracle staging or production schemas<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>PL\/SQL or T\u2011SQL Development: <\/strong>At least <strong>24 months<\/strong> within the last <strong>120 months<\/strong> developing:\n<ul>\n<li>Complex queries<\/li>\n<li>Stored procedures<\/li>\n<li>Functions<\/li>\n<li>Triggers<\/li>\n<li>Database objects Using Oracle PL\/SQL and\/or Microsoft SQL Server T\u2011SQL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Microsoft Access &amp; VBA Development:\u00a0 <\/strong>At least 24 months within the last 180 months performing:\n<ul>\n<li>Designing and modifying MS Access database applications<\/li>\n<li>Developing forms using VBA<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting and optimizing Access applications<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Oracle APEX Development:<\/strong> At least 12 months within the last 120 months developing applications in Oracle APEX.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Additional Tools Experience\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Access<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Azure DevOps<\/li>\n<li>Oracle SQL Developer<\/li>\n<li>Unified Codes<\/li>\n<li>APEX Office Print (AOP)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Domain Experience:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Aviation \/ Aerospace<\/li>\n<li>Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF)<\/li>\n<li>Director General Aerospace Equipment Program Management (DGAEPM)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform end\u2011to\u2011end data migration from legacy systems into Oracle environments<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement PL\/SQL or T\u2011SQL database components<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain MS Access applications and VBA modules<\/li>\n<li>Build and enhance Oracle APEX applications<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and optimize database and Access\u2011based solutions<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project managers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with government standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Trillys Systems is a technology consulting firm that specializes in providing innovative solutions to various industries.
