Trillys Systems is a technology consulting firm that specializes in providing innovative solutions to various industries. We are currently seeking an intermediate ERP Functional Analyst for a 2.5-year contract position.
Role Summary
- Serve as an intermediate ERP Functional Analyst specializing in Land Equipment Management System (LEMS) within the Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS).
- Provide subject‑matter expertise across maintenance, materiel, workforce, and operational readiness functions within DND/CAF environments.
- Support business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and sustainment of DRMIS modules related to land equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes related to land equipment maintenance, materiel management, workforce management, and operational readiness.
- Provide functional expertise in DRMIS modules, including PM, MM, WFM, and DFPS.
- Support configuration, enhancement, and troubleshooting of DRMIS functional components.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and workshop personnel to ensure accurate system behaviour and data integrity.
- Participate in solution design workshops, gap analysis, and requirements validation.
- Support testing activities, including test script development, execution, and defect resolution.
- Provide guidance and training to end users, maintenance planners, and workshop managers.
- Assist in change management, deployment planning, and post‑implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with DND/CAF maintenance policies, data standards, and operational readiness requirements.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 60 months combined experience (within the last 120 months) performing at least 4 of 6 key tasks as follows:
- Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Material Management (MM)
- Workforce Management (WFM)
- Defence Force and Public Security (DFPS)
- Minimum 36 months experience (within the last 120 months) in land equipment maintenance management or workshop coordination, such as:
- Land equipment workshop planner
- Land equipment maintenance manager
- Life cycle materiel manager
- Experience must involve maintenance activities tracked in a DRMIS‑based maintenance system.
Additional Qualifications
- Canadian secret clearance is an asset.
- DRMIS Plant Maintenance (PM) module experience
- DRMIS Material Management (MM) module experience
- DRMIS Workforce Management (WFM) module experience
Additional Competencies
- Strong understanding of DND/CAF maintenance policies, equipment lifecycle management, and operational readiness frameworks.
- Ability to translate maintenance and workshop requirements into functional system configurations.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with military personnel, technical teams, and management.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
Experience preparing detailed examples, references, and evidence‑based descriptions of past work for bid submissions.
