Trillys Systems is a technology consulting firm that specializes in providing innovative solutions to various industries. We are currently seeking a senior ERP Functional Analyst for a 2.5-year contract position.
Role Summary
- Act as a senior‑level Functional Analyst and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Land Equipment Management System (LEMS) within the Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS).
- Provide advanced functional leadership across Plant Maintenance (PM), Material Management (MM), Workforce Management (WFM), and Defence Force & Public Security (DFPS) modules.
- Lead analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and sustainment activities supporting land equipment maintenance operations within DND/CAF.
- Serve as a senior advisor to maintenance managers, planners, and command staff on DRMIS PM processes, data integrity, and operational readiness impacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end functional analysis and optimization of DRMIS PM, MM, WFM, and DFPS processes supporting land equipment maintenance.
- Interpret operational requirements and translate them into DRMIS functional configurations, workflows, and business rules.
- Oversee development of functional specifications, process maps, data models, and system documentation.
- Provide senior‑level guidance on PM module functions including Technical Objects, Notifications, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Task Lists, and Refurbishment.
- Support and lead testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), including script development, execution, and defect resolution.
- Mentor, guide, and train maintenance personnel and system users on DRMIS PM processes, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and command-level decision makers to ensure accurate system behaviour and alignment with DND/CAF maintenance policy.
- Provide expert advice on maintenance planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and lifecycle materiel management.
- Support change management, deployment planning, and post‑implementation stabilization activities.
- Ensure data quality, audit readiness, and adherence to operational timelines and maintenance standards.
Mandatory Qualifications
DRMIS Functional Experience
- Minimum 120 months combined experience (within the last 240 months) performing at least 4 of 6 key tasks (c, d, e, g, i, m) from Annex A, Section 4.1.1, within any of the following DRMIS modules:
- Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Material Management (MM)
- Workforce Management (WFM)
- Defence Force & Public Security (DFPS)
- Experience must include detailed, demonstrable examples of functional responsibilities, deliverables, and outcomes.
Land Equipment Maintenance Leadership
- Minimum 60 months experience (within the last 120 months) in a land equipment maintenance management or workshop coordination role, such as:
- Land equipment workshop planner
- Land equipment maintenance manager
- Life cycle materiel manager
- Experience must directly support maintenance activities tracked in the DRMIS PM module.
- Must include evidence of operational leadership, planning, scheduling, and maintenance oversight.
Additional Qualifications
- Canadian secret clearance is an asset.
- RT.1 – DRMIS PM Functional Tasks (Technical Objects, Notifications, Work Orders, PM, Task Lists, Refurbishment)
- DRMIS Workforce Management (WFM) Experience
- DRMIS Material Management (MM) Transactions
- DRMIS PM Training, Mentoring, or Instruction
Additional Competencies
- Deep understanding of DND/CAF maintenance doctrine, equipment lifecycle management, and operational readiness frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead workshops, stakeholder engagements, and cross‑functional coordination.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to produce detailed, evidence‑based examples for bid submissions, including references and verification details.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with military personnel, technical teams, and senior leadership.
